What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we receive the name, company, email address, country, category and project brief you provide. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent contact data.

Why we hold it

Enquiry information is used only to respond to your request, prepare a quotation and, if a project proceeds, manage the order. Project files — drawings, specifications, reference images — are treated as confidential client material and are not shared with third parties or reused for other clients.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while a commercial relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and warranty purposes. If you ask us to delete your enquiry data and there is no outstanding order, we will do so.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing sales@kubojewellery.com.
