Custom stainless steel bracelets & bangles.
Chain bracelets, cuffs, bangles and hinged styles. The category where closure design and finished weight determine whether the piece is worn or stored.

KUBO Jewelry produces custom stainless steel bracelets and bangles — chain bracelets, open cuffs, closed bangles and hinged styles — in 304 or 316L, with wrist lengths from 15 cm to 22 cm, lobster, box or toggle closures, and optional PVD coating and engraving.
Bracelets have a mechanical problem that rings and necklaces do not: they must survive being taken on and off, often daily, often by feel rather than by sight. Most bracelet complaints are closure complaints.
Closure before decoration
There are four options, and they are not interchangeable:
Lobster clasp — reliable, familiar, works well up to around 20 g of finished weight. Above that, the spring gate starts to open under its own load.
Box clasp — stronger and neater against the wrist, with a more premium feel. It requires tighter tolerances and adds cost, but it is the right choice for heavier chain bracelets.
Toggle — visually distinctive and easy to operate, but it opens under tension. Fine for light pieces, wrong for anything heavy.
Magnetic — convenient, and the fastest to fail where the bracelet carries weight. We advise against it for anything above roughly 10 g.
Cuffs and bangles
Open cuffs are the most commercially effective bracelet form in stainless steel, because one size covers a wide range of wrists — which matters enormously when you sell online and cannot fit the customer.
The trade-off is material memory. A cuff that springs open easily will eventually not spring back. The section, the temper of the steel and the depth of the opening all determine how many adjustments it survives. If your design needs to open wide — for a wrist above 19 cm, say — the section has to be different from a cuff designed for a fixed 16 cm wrist. That is a specification conversation, not an afterthought.
Closed bangles avoid the problem entirely, but require a size run, and a bangle that will not pass over the knuckles is a return.
Weight and perception
A stainless steel bracelet at 8 g feels like a giveaway; the same design at 22 g feels like a product. Between those two figures sits the entire difference between a piece that sells on price and one that sells on design. It is also the single largest cost lever in the category, so it should be decided against your target retail price rather than chosen by eye from a sample.

Open cuffs depend on the material's spring properties. Tell us the intended adjustment range at the brief stage — a cuff that must open wide needs a different section than one designed for a fixed wrist.
