Everything between
your brief and the box.

Development is where collections succeed or fail. Engineering, finishing, branding, inspection and export sit in one place, so the specification that leaves your brief is the one that reaches the production line.

In short

KUBO Jewelry handles the full custom production sequence for stainless steel jewelry — specification and engineering, sampling, bulk production, surface finishing, logo application, branded packaging, quality inspection and export documentation. OEM, ODM and private label are all supported from the same facility in Guangzhou, China.

KUBO Jewelry is a specialist, not a generalist. We work in stainless steel only, which is why the material knowledge, the finishing catalogue and the tolerances stay consistent from one collection to the next.

What "custom" actually means here

A custom order is not a catalogue item with a different colour. It is a specification: dimensions, wall thickness, clasp type, chain link geometry, surface finish, logo method and packaging. Each of those choices has a cost and a minimum quantity attached to it, and they interact. A 2.5 mm pendant in mirror polish behaves differently from the same pendant in brushed finish at 1.8 mm — the second one will show handling marks before it reaches the customer.

We resolve those interactions at the specification stage, in writing, before tooling and sampling begin.

The sequence

Each capability page below covers one stage in detail, including the decisions you are expected to make and the questions worth asking any supplier at that stage.

What we do not do

Being clear about scope saves both sides time:

  • We do not sell finished stock for resale, and we do not dropship.
  • We do not work in sterling silver, gold or brass. Stainless steel only — it is the reason our tolerances and finish quality are predictable.
  • We do not publish fixed price lists. Stainless steel pricing moves with nickel and chromium, and the finish, weight and packaging change the cost per unit more than most buyers expect.

Working with overseas brands

Most of our clients are in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Canada, Australia, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with a growing share from Southeast Asia and Latin America. The practical implications are built into how we work: English-language documentation, photo updates at each milestone, export paperwork prepared in advance, and shipping terms agreed before production starts rather than after.
